right now each plugins is descriped in a diffrent way,
they should all use a common nomination to describe the 
plugin. i.e. codecs should use 
 '$name [audio|video] encoder' and '$name [audio|video] decoder'

this is for gst-plugins-good what bug #336477 was for gst-plugins-base
