the gst-shout2send element crashes when switching from PLAYING to READY state
when the pipeline was in PLAYING state before.

the shout_t is allocated when switching from NULL to READY state and is
released when switching from PAUSED to READY state.

switching back to PLAYING state than, produces a segfault.
