        * libs/gst/base/gstbasesink.c: (gst_base_sink_set_flushing),
        (gst_base_sink_change_state):
        call ::unlock before taking the PREROLL_LOCK so we can safely
        handle elements that lock in ::render.
        Fixes #340174.
