Hi,
attached is a patch against plugins-good CVS that
a) moves the plugin initialization code from gstid3v2mux.cc to gsttaglibmux.c
b) adds a new element, mostly an equivalent of gstid3v2mux.cc for muxing APEv2
tags, including documentation and autotools changes
