Btw, do we really want to add the -Werror equivalent for Forte by default for
CVS builds?

I don't think this is a good idea unless we actually have a Solaris/Forte build
bot. It's hard enough to keep gcc quiet with -Werror; without a build bot we
will just make CVS unbuildable for folks using Forte.
