In mplayer this happens:

STREAM_HTTP(1), URL http://132.230.1.29:8080/
....
Server returned 400: Bad Request

STREAM_ASF, URL http://132.230.1.29:8080/
....

whatever that means exactly (does it send additional http headers or is it an
mms stream?).

mms://132.230.1.29:8080/ works fine for me in totem.
