The file gstreamer-0.10.10\win32\common\libgstreamer.def
lacks an entry 'gst_caps_merge'. This function was added on gstreamer 0.10.10
in gstcaps.c but didn't make it into this file.

Therefore, when compiling with MSVC 8, the other projects cannot import this
function from libgstreamer-0.10.lib.
