To reproduce:
- Choose a video with a external .srt file
- Remove the first subtitle (so you remove 4 lines and have your file starting
with "2" now)
- Launch totem
- Freeze!

Of course the file is wrong but gst should just ignore the bad numerotation and
read the second subtitle like if it was the first one.
