Found this URL in Jimmac blog:

Trying to play it in Totem with CVS gstreamer I get:
Totem could not play 'rtsp://qt2.waag.org/mpg4-sb.sdp'

Location not found

Playbin yields this:
[cschalle at localhost i386]$ gst-launch-0.10 playbin
uri=rtsp://qt2.waag.org/mpg4-sb.sdp
Setting pipeline to PAUSED ...
ERROR: Pipeline doesn't want to pause.
ERROR: from element /playbin0/source: Resource not found.
