Please describe the problem:
I installed gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 (0.10.2.debian-1) on Ubuntu 6.06.
The sound quality of my mp3 files are not good with this plugin (dull
cracking).

Works fine with these plugins:

Steps to reproduce:
1. install gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 (0.10.2)
2. launch Totem or Rhythmbox
3. play an mp3


Actual results:
Bad sound quality.

Expected results:


Does this happen every time?
Every time.

If the bug is in decoder maybe it's useful to know I use a P4-HT (SMP) CPU.
