How do I install the latest version of the "bad" plugin that fixes this?  I'm
on "Feisty" and it shows 0.10.4-1ubuntu1 as the installed and most recent
version.  I have the same audio problem mentioned in this bug.  Currently works
only with GRip + FAAC commandline but not Sound Juicer CD Extractor & Rhythmbox
Music Player.
