video/x-raw-yuv,format='(fourcc)I420',width=720,height=576 ! queue ! videoscale
! ffmpegcolorspace ! ximagesink

no longer resizes correctly. After resizing, it will stop with a not-negotiated
error, and sometimes warnings about mismatched buffer sizes from basetransform.
