xingmux should probably check that it seeked properly to the beginning of the
file instead of just doing a seek (which can fail) and then just push the
header no matter what happened. Not sure if this is caused by this though...
The xingmux version he has is 0.10.4 according to the gst-inspect output. I'll
probably take a closer look later unless someone is faster ;)
