pangocairo textoverlay patch

add vertical render property.

In Pango 1.16.0, add feature that render text to vertical direction.

so, I applied that in pango text overlay element.

Here is a screenshot.

TODO:
 check pango version 1.16.0 and enable vertical text rendering feature.
