The vorbisenc plugin in gstreamer-plugins-base-0.10.11 doesn't use the
GST_TAG_LOCATION tag (LOCATION tag in vorbis). The tag is defined and usable,
but doesn't work.

My idea is to use a structured mapping to save GPS information in this tag.
This may be some or all of the following:

Time, Latitude, Longitude, Altitude, Speed, Course, EPH, EPV, Climb
