Works fine for me with CVS of things:

$ gst-launch-0.10 playbin

Got Message from element "qtdemux0" (element): redirect,
new-location=(string)fantastic4silversurfer-tlr1_h720p.mov,
minimum-bitrate=(int)280

Totem catches the redirect fine for me too and plays it as well.


The error is a bit curious, this is a custom error that usually only happens
when playing a network streams and the demuxer does not support push-mode
(which qtdemux certainly does). Any chance this is with a fluendo demuxer (hard
to imagine) or ffdemux_* being plugged in?

Please attach a GST_DEBUG=*:2,totem:5 log if that's not it.
