Thanks for the bug report. However, this bug relates to gst-editor for
GStreamer-0.8, which is not supported or maintained any longer.

The assertion warning that xvimagesink spews for (probably) the deserialisation
of 0/0 has been fixed in GStreamer-0.10 at some point if I'm not mistaken.

Have a look here for a GStreamer-0.10 version of gst-editor:
