I've a jhbuild sandbox installed under /opt/gnome2

Building gst-plugins-ugly, I tried to enable amrnb plugin installing libamrnb
from sources under /opt/gnome2.

Unfortunately it seems that configure is able to recognize libamrnb only if
installed under /usr/
