The _get_type() function needs to be in gstreamer.types.in for the signal
introspection to work.

         Document registry signals and make gtk-doc pick them up (#401381).

Now the only question is why the signal arguments are of G_TYPE_POINTER and not
GST_TYPE_PLUGIN/FEATURE (the ChangeLog entry that documents why this was
changed at some point, ages ago, is incredibly useless unfortunately).
