channel arrange patch

This is a patch for faad channel arrange.

I test 2ch speaker and 4 ch speaker.

But there are some issue yet.

1) When speaker-out is 2 channel, front-left and front-right out is good, but
center and rear can't hear.  (maybe audioconvert element issue?)
2) Not yet tested for side speaker
