This isn't really something we can do much about. Our mailing lists are managed
by SourceForge.net, so you've got to take it up with them.
Some quick googling suggests the 'suspicious header' (whatever it is) might
come from a webmail system such as squirrelmail.
Mails held for approval are pushed through regularly though AFAIK, so it should
hopefully be just a matter of time until your mail makes it to the list.
