There are some devices that are exposed as one adapter, but with multiple
frontend, demux and dvr device nodes.

e.g. Dreambox 7025 has inside /dev/dvb/adapter0:

frontend0
demux0
dvr0
frontend1
demux1
dvr1

Just allowing /dev/dvb/adapter0 to be passed as the device parameter does not
suffice.
