Sometimes i  could get totem and gst-launch playbin
uri=rtsp://../sample_100kbit.mp4 running well, but when i close
totem/gst-launch window, and play it again, often i couldnt get it played
anymore. At that occasion only the clock is running ,but none the video nor the
audio is coming.
