Running gst-ffmpeg against the system installed library is explicitly not
supported by us. It's the reason we have an internal snapshot, and the reason
it gets out of date is because it's such a pain to update when ffmpeg break
their API so often.

Blame ffmpeg for breaking their API, and get them to do releases.
