Nice! I'm sure lots of people will be grateful for this, even if it's not quite
as featureful as the taglib-based id3 writer yet.

Changing component to -bad, since that's where new plugins usually get added.

I think it might make sense to split out the GstTaglibMux base class in
-good/ext/taglib/, prop it up a little (add padding and docs and maybe support
for rendering end tags) and then move it into gst-plugins-base, so the code can
be shared with your new element and you only have to implement the render
vfunc.
