No, the subject contained "gstreamer-0.10.X.y.pot", with the URL in the body of
the message. 

The instructions say the .pot has to be in the subject, but don't specify that
the URL should be. Just in case, I've just sent emails about the final releases
with the URLs in the subject lines along with the .pot info.

I asked Thomas about the a.b.c.d version numbers, and he claimed that he thinks
he  discussed it with them and it would be fine.
