Networkbuffer is a plugin used to acumulate enough data in a pipeline so that
playback can occur smoothly and without interruptions. It saves data buffers
into a tempfile until a watermark is reached. Then, after the higher watermark
is reached, the playback is released. This plugin is usefull when reading from
a non-live network source. More information in the README file.
