Upon hitting "Test" button, get following error message when accessed via:

1. System
2. Preferences
3. Hardware
4. Sound

audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample !
gconfaudiosink: Internal GStreamer error: state change failed.  Please file a
bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer

Additionally, Preferences does not respond when accessed via click on speaker
icon on panel.
