Please describe the problem:
when I try to encode video using ffenc_dvvideo, always It's failed.

is this command not correct? or is there any problem in ffenc_dvvideo?


Steps to reproduce:
1. gst-launch videotestsrc ! videoscale ! video/x-raw-yuv,width=720,height=576
! ffenc_dvvideo --gst-debug=3
2.

Actual results:
