A new element to put a pixbuf over the video stream.

pipe to test:
gst-launch filesrc location=[video file] ! decodebin ! gdkpixbufoverlay
image-name=[image name] ! xvimagesink


decompress the  glue tar file on gst-plugins-good folder and apply the patch
