Please describe the problem:
no sound at all

Steps to reproduce:
1. open any mp3,ogg,wav
2. or put cd in drive and play with rythembox
3. 


Actual results:
i get this message :
Error playing CD.

Reason: Resource busy or not available.

then this:
Error playing CD.

Reason: Internal GStreamer error: state change failed.  Please file a bug at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer.

and no sound


Expected results:
hear some sound 

Does this happen every time?

Other information:
i am a complete novice, please give instructions step by step
