Hi,
for some reason po/rw.po in core contains the MPL license. It's not clear if
parts of the file or the complete file is licensed under the MPL or if this is
just a mistake. In any case, this should be clarified and one should keep in
mind that the MPL is GPL incompatible and as such the stuff licensed under MPL
should be removed.
