I have developed a new plugin based on textoverlay, called videoke. It's job is
to do karaoke style text overlay with character outlining and colour wipe.

Code available via svn from
http://scripts.sil.org/svn-public/utilities/videoke/trunk (also web interface).
All comments and suggestions welcomed. I'm hoping someone may take this and add
it to plugins-bad
