gst structure name audio/x-adpcm is used to represent for example both G.726 24
kbit/s and G.726 32 kbit/s and you can not convert the gst structure name to
the corresponding mime type because it is the same:

audio/x-adpcm -> audio/G726-16
audio/x-adpcm -> audio/G726-24
audio/x-adpcm -> audio/G726-32
audio/x-adpcm -> audio/G726-40

We need a way to distinguish the mime-types using the bitrate information.
