Please describe the problem:
while trying to extract EXIF metadata for each frame from a MJPEG stream in
order to generate subtitles, only the first frame's EXIF metadata is returned.

Steps to reproduce:
1. gst-launch filesrc=mjpeg.ogg ! oggdemux ! metadatademux ! fakesink
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
only the first frame's EXIF metadata is dumped

Expected results:
every MJPEG frame EXIF metadata should be dumped

Does this happen every time?
