  GStreamer | gst-plugins-bad | Ver: HEAD CVS
Summary: allow forcing the ssrc on a rtpsession
           Product: GStreamer
           Version: HEAD CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Normal
         Component: gst-plugins-bad
        AssignedTo: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: tester at tester.ca
         QAContact: gstreamer-bugs at lists.sourceforge.net
     GNOME version: Unspecified
   GNOME milestone: Unspecified

I'm attaching a patch so we can force a specific ssrc when sending using
rtpsession (it will accept the ssrc in the caps and not try to overwrite it).
This is useful because some very broken RTP implementations (hello Google) only
accept buffers from a specific SSRC.
