Add a readonly property through which one can retrieve the number of chapters
in this DVD title. There is already a "chapter" read/write property, but there
is no way to tell how many are available. Having the chapter count information
through the "chapters" property will enable an application to create a dynamic
chapter-selection menu list, for example.
