        * gst/mpegaudioparse/gstmpegaudioparse.c:
        (gst_mp3parse_emit_frame):
        Handler buffers without valid timestamp more correctly: Don't drop
        them and don't use the invalid timestamp to calculate the next
        timestamp. Fixes bug #516811.
