Just run a simple pile like this:

v4l2src ! ffenc_mpeg4 ! avimux name=mux ! filesink location=test.avi

or

v4l2src ! xvidenc ! avimux name=mux ! filesink location=test.avi

then change the pipeline state to PLAYING then NULL and then PLAYING again,
then it fails.
