bugfixes; cumulative

Fixed a bug where fingerprints were not being created for streams with a
duration shorter than the libofa imposed 135 second limit.  This exposed
another bug in which an incorrect parameter was being passed to libofa (num
samples).  I have "fixed" this problem, however there may be a cleaner
solution.

This patch is cumulative
