I loaded Open Suse 10.3 on a HP Omnibook laptop, everything seems to work
except for the sound, the sound icon on the system tray has a Red X. When I go
to the SOund properties and hit "test" I get the message
audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample !
gconfaudiosink: Internal GStreamer error: state change failed. Please file a
bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer.
I tried loaing the alsa-firmware as another bug report suggests
