Ok, this should be fixed now with latest CVS. The problem was, that the
min/max/mean bitrates were set which then restricted the bitrates that could be
used by the preset.

        * ext/lame/gstlame.c: (gst_lame_init):
        Use LAME's default for the min/max/mean VBR bitrate. Setting our own
        defaults will restrict the bitrate when using a preset in a bad way.
        Fixes bug #498004.
