Note that libv4l is LGPL, so the license matches what we expect.

Note that your patch is missing configure.ac changes to detect libv4l2. You
should add a pkg-config file to your upstream library, and think whether libv4l
should be made a hard or optional compile-time dependency. I personally don't
see many reasons why we shouldn't be making it a hard dependency.
