This stream plays perfectly in both VLC and Xbox Media Center, but fails
horribly in GStreamer based players.

First of all totem stops (forever?) at the first frame, secondly it picks the
lowest quality stream. 384x216 sucks... 640x360 rocks, let the people with slow
intarweb suffer instead of those with fast.
