GstAppSink should be able to operate in pull-mode and provide an API something
GstBuffer * gst_app_sink_pull_range(guint64 offset, guint size);
There would probably be an additional property "can-activate-pull" (like
fakesink has) needed?
We need to be able to operate the sink in pull mode, with adaptor buffering
when upstream is push-based or completely pull based like basesrc.
