Please describe the problem:
Provides two elements, wasapisrc and wasapisink, that support capture and
playback through WASAPI, Vista's audio API (all previous APIs have been
deprecated and are now emulated on top of WASAPI, meaning they're not very
attractive to use on that platform.)
