Hi, can you write here the command line which works ?
On kubuntu-kde4 alpha released the following commandline works : 
gst-launch-0.10 -v rtspsrc location="rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/201"
! fakesink 
(it works because a lot of output text is written ...)

But to see video :P, I tried this one :
gst-launch-0.10 rtspsrc location="rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/freeboxtv/201" !
decodebin ! ffmpegcolorspace ! ximagesink
All seems ok but no video appears.
