That's a very clear error message - your element doesn't exist. Maybe it
couldn't be loaded - use GST_DEBUG=2 to find out.

If, once you've fixed this problem, it still doesn't work, we're unlikely to be
able to help - you're using private plugins for demuxing, decoding, and
display. Obviously, we can't help with any of those.
