Consider playing mulaw/alaw files via pulsesink. Pulsesink accepts alaw/mulaw.
Thus decodebin does not plug alawdec/mulawdec. Unfortunately pulsesink does not
have volume/mute properties yet (working on it). Thus
gstplaysink.c::gen_audio_chain() errors out.

Is that really so critical that we don't play? Or should we just play and
ignore the volume?
