Please describe the problem:
I tried baking a today's CVS checkout of bad using OpenEmbedded and it fails to
configure.

Steps to reproduce:
1. cvs -d:pserver:anoncvs at anoncvs.freedesktop.org/cvs/gstreamer co
gst-plugins-bad
2. bitbake gst-plugins-bad


Actual results:
